Release FTFD 1.2

Dear FTFD users,

We've updated Fungal Transcription Factor Database (FTFD) with 159 fungal and oomycete genomes and 126 non-fungal genomes.

Due to the fast accumulate fungal genomes, we are trying to update FTFD as soon as possible to provide the most recent data.

We hope that this update can support your researches well.

Have a good weekend.

I want to know about Fungal Transcription Factor Database.
I am interested in some TF families. (ex. APSES family)
I am interested in some species. (ex. Magnaporthe oryzae)
I have a protein sequence. It may be a TF or not.
I know the TF name(locus name) of some sequences.
I am looking for some papers related to TFs.

Fungal Transcription Factor Database (FTFD) was designed for integrating the putative fungal transcription factors (TFs) and its references. This site provides sequences, taxonomical and phylogomic context of all putative fungal TFs. TF Family map and TF Matrix will provide overall sketch of all fungal TFs.
